The cylinder skin is rolled by imported high-level CNC plate rolling machine with high concentricity;

一、鋼板下料/Baiting of steel plates
鋼板下料采用數控火焰切割機,該機床屬于大型板材下料設備,最大切割厚度達200mm、工作范圍6000mm x3000mm,可以持續進行高速切割,一次性完成各種規格滾筒板材的下料,并且料坯切割面質量可達到Ra12.5.邊長誤差小于±0.5mm,為后序鋼板卷曲、焊接提供了較高的尺寸精度。
Steel plate cutting adopts CNC flame cutting machine,the machine isa large sheet metal cutting equipment,the maximum cutting thickness is200mm, the scope of work is 6000mm x 3000mm , can continue forhigh-speed cutting,complete variety of pulley sheet cutting in onetime, and material billet cut surface quality can be achieved to Ra12.5, sidelength error is less than ± 0.5mm, providing high dimensional accuracyfor consequent plate curling and welding.

二、卷曲鋼板/Steel plates curling
筒皮的卷曲、校圓采用數控四輥卷板機,最大卷曲鋼板厚度可達60mm,鋼板通過一次上料,不需調頭即可完成板料端部預彎和卷制成形、并且剩余直邊小,大大提高了工作效率。通過自動數控系統控制,可保證鋼板卷曲圓度偏差≤2mm,工件的精度、尺寸一致性進行了充分的保證。
Pulley shell curling and roundness correction adopt the CNCfour roller bending machine, plate thickness can up to 60mm as maximum ,steel loading only one time, complete the pre-bendingsheet and curling take shape without U-turn,and remaining littlestraight edge , greatly improving the work efficiency.,to ensuresteel curling roundness deviation ≤ 2mm by automaLic numericalcontrol system ,the precision of the work pieces and the sizeconsistency have been fully ensured.

三、焊接Welding
滾筒焊縫采用埋弧焊焊接工藝,自動雙頭焊接操作機配合滾輪架、變位機可實現所有焊縫均在平角或船型位置進行施焊,焊縫焊后均經過超聲波或射線探傷進行檢測,保證焊縫質量。筒皮與接盤采用單面焊接雙面成型的焊接技術,保證焊縫根部熔透,探傷合格率高,筒體焊接后進行整體去應力退火處理,提高滾筒的使用壽命。
Pulley welding seam adopts submerged arc welding process usingautomatic welding machine with double ends cooperation with pulleyframe, positioner can realize all welding seams are welding in the flatangle or ship shape,and carry out ultrasound or radiographic tensilelest after seam welding to ensure the welding quality. Pulley shell andcoupling disc all adopt the process of single-sided welding &double-sided molding,so ensure the penetration of welding seam rootand a high pass rate , then have stress annealing treatment for thewhole to improve the service life of pulley

四、機械加工設備/Mechanical processing equipments
1、重型、大型、各規格臥式車床
滾筒筒徑的外圓、坡口、端面,軸類各件的加工。共分有重型、大型、普通型和各型數控機床,主要加工外圓內孔、外圓、端面等加工面。最大可加工回轉直徑2200mm的外圓,尺寸精度達到IT7標準。能更好的加工出優質產品。
2、鏜床
重型落地鏜床是加工滾筒的同心內孔、加工端面等高精度位置的萬能加工中心。機床整體、工作臺為數控控制,和鏜桿軸向配合使公差縮小到0.02mm以下,可以達到精密的誤差要求。鏜孔精度達到TT9以上,銑削精度達TT8以上的高精度來保證滾筒的回轉平衡。
3、立式車床
該機床用于加工軸承座內孔及接盤等。重型、大型設備用得最多的設備之一,主要用于圓形件的加工。滾筒中的軸承座內孔要求高,體積大,適合于本機床的特點。

Forexcircle with maximum turning diameter of 2200mm, itsdimensional accuracy can reach level of I7,and alsoprocess products with more better quality.
Boring machine
Heavy floor type boring machine is an universalmachining center for such concentric inner bore: ormachining end and some precision positions The wholemachine,operation platform are all NC control and axialcooperation with cutter spindle to narrow the tolerance tobelow 0.02mm.So can meet precise requirements for tolerance.The precision for boring can reach above IT9.Andprecision for milling can reach above IT8 and ensure therotation balance of pulley.
Vertical lathe
The machine is used for processing bore of house andend disk and so on.Also one of the heavy and largeequipments which are widely used. lt is mainly for roundparts processing.As high requirement for inner bore ofshaft in pulley and also be bulky, so it suits thecharacteristic of the machine.

五、裝配/Assembly
滾筒的整體裝配采用工序定點、逐工序檢查、實驗的裝配方式,更加保證每一個滾筒的質量。每臺滾筒都進行靜平衡實驗,達到滾筒的最佳旋轉狀態。10m x 30m的裝配空間可以滿足各種規格滾筒的多種安裝方式的要求,并且不影響彼此之間整機的安裝調試、實驗。保證每一個滾筒達到最優質量。
The overall assembly of pulley adopts process flow of fixed-by-step examination , then test to ensure the qualityof each pulley .Each pulley has static balance test.It canmeet requirements for all kinds of assembly methods ofpulleys within assembly workshop of 10m x30m.And doesnot affect installation and commissioning of the machines .Ensureoptimal quality for each pulley.
